Strategy & Analytics Intern

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  The intern in the Strategy & Analytics department will be responsible for working directly with their supervisor to learn about the department and contribute to projects as quickly as possible.
• The interns will also be expected to assist with any other tasks, as assigned.

• Pull lists from SQL and distribute emails via Iterable


• Pull and analyze data from online tool to inform Partnerships sales decks


• Develop data sets from our CRM database and other systems


• Create dashboards in our CRM system


• Perform ad-hoc analysis in support of business decision making

• Support internal use of our online-listening platform


• Contribute to the writing, programming, and analysis of custom surveys


• Report on key findings from game day satisfaction survey

• Utilize data to generate ticket price recommendations


• Report on pricing trends, concessions performance, and consumer behavior


• Perform any ad-hoc analysis in support of business and/or operational decision making

• Highly analytical (able to make connections between data and implication)


• Strong written and oral communication skills
