Partnership Marketing & Media Sales Intern

Job Summary

• Assist in research, in-market and in-game promotions, special events, game day operations and outstanding client relationships. 
• Sit in and participate in meetings with various clients
• Assist with VIP client events
• Meet or shadow with other departments of KSE (Game Operations, Marketing, Ticket Sales, Event Management, Community Relations, Box Office, IT or Human Resources)
• Work and attend NBA Team, NHL Team, and team games
• Manage various consumer giveaway/promotions
• Assist in planning, setting up & executing sponsor events
• Assist with activations during game nights
• Compile element books for Activation Team and Sales Directors to use when presenting to current and prospective sponsors
• Assist the Activation Team in creating mid-season recaps and reports for clients 
• Research prospective sponsorship clients

• Ability to work all assigned office hours and game nights
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Excel, Outlook 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple departments
