Job Summary
This position will be responsible for assisting with the management, administration and supervision of the Athletic Ticket Office. Specific duties include: outbound sales calls to prospective group and season ticket purchasers, supervise and train ticket office part-time staff, manage game-day ticket sales, assist with ticket publications and marketing pieces, prepare ticket sales reports, assist with season ticket renewal process, comply with NCAA, conference.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to provide clear, concise written and verbal information
- Ability to understand and interpret general university policy and procedure manuals
- Ability to establish rapport with internal and external constituents
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree with additional consideration given to applicants who possess a Masters degree
- Previous experience working in an athletics ticket office
- Experience using ticketing software
- Experience in graphic design programs such as Photoshop or Indesign
- Ability to manage the fiscal affairs of a ticket office
