Group Sales Intern

Job Summary

The position will be in charge of helping with the daily office functions while working at Theme Night kiosk on selected game dates.

Duties

• Supporting and fulfilling of orders
• Supporting the group sales staff
• Serving as lead supervisor at theme night kios
• Helping the guest to resolve ticket purchase errors
• Helping to process of payment for ticket sales
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Sports industry passionate
• Can work with groups
• Can multitask at work
• Strong skills customer service/interpersonal
• Basic computer/math skills
• Can work all through the 2020 season
