Job Summary

The position will attend to all incoming calls and emails and helping visitors at ticket windows.

Duties

• Managing and maintaining of hard file for ticket members
• Organizing and preparing for events
• Helping with data entry/contracts and data processing
• Helping to organize and input incoming payments
• Other related tasks

Qualifications

• Able to receive academic credit
• Strong skills communication
• Customer service experience
• Can work varying days/hours
