Job Summary
The primary intent of the Training Management Program is to identify a candidate's strengths and direct them, along with their interest, to full and part-time opportunities within the Company. The program is designed to encompass multiple responsibilities while providing training, guidance and support..
Qualifications
- 2 to 4-year college degree from an accredited college/university required.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic and organizational skills are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and/or experience using Microsoft Office Suites.
