Associate AD / Facility Management

Job Summary

This position will serve as a key member of the Athletics Facilities and Event Operations Team. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility management and overseeing the facility directors. 

Required

Master's degree and/or bachelor's degree with related experience.

Significant progressive experience managing facilities and event operations.

Experience supervising, hiring and training employees.

Financial management skills.

Ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of people.

Has a positive working relationships, foster teamwork, and support collaboration.

Experience managing intercollegiate or professional athletics facilities.

Experience collaborating with campus facility management teams.
