Job Summary

 

 

The Assistant Director of Facilities and Event Management is responsible for coordinating special event programs on campus. This position is governed by state and federal laws and institutional policy.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Assistant Director of Athletics for Facilities in preparing for all Athletic events (Football, Soccer, Men/Women Basketball, Track, Volleyball and Tennis)
  • Help maintain all athletics facilities, oversee staffing for all athletics events, and work with coaches for everyday practices of facilities
  • Work with the facilities management in the up keep of facilities
  • Game Operations and Event Management
  • Other duties as assigned
