Job Summary

The Ticket Operations Intern will provide immediate ticket needs and service for all M-Braves patrons during normal business hours. The intern will also help in other departments as needed throughout the season. Responsibilities include game-day or event set-up, customer service, ticket taking, concessions, promotions, stadium operations, tarp pulling, etc.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required).

Understanding of basic personal computer skills; i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Adaptable to learn different ticket selling systems/software and capable to operate said ticket selling systems/software.

Basic math skills needed for financial transactions.

Responsible for cash drawers for each shift.
