Job Summary

The group sales manager will be responsible for managing all activities within the group sales department. They will be expected to sell, coordinate, and execute guided tours of the venue. Creatively market and actively promote the product. Hire, develop, and manage a high-quality staff to lead guided tours.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree.

1-2 year’s management experience.

2-3 years’ experience in sales/group sales, special events environment; sports or entertainment experience preferred.

Entrepreneurial spirit, energetic and outgoing personality with a creative, and a proactive approach to work.

Knowledge of Archtics/Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
