Job Summary

 

 

The Manager IT You will lead a team of desktop support technicians in providing end user solutions to all areas of the business. You will support all aspects of end user IT, including purchasing, vendor management, mobile devices, A/V equipment, desktops, laptops, anti-virus, software licensing and more.

Qualifications:

Experience with purchasing, inventory management, and budgeting.

Solid foundation in IT support with strong competencies in computer repair, phone systems, and audio/visual components.

Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, Email, HTTP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP protocols and applications.

Experience with hosted productivity and communications applications.

Experience with desktop operating systems, primarily Windows, but also OSX and Linux.
