Job Summary

 

 

This position provides administrative support for managers and assists with the planning and execution of corporate events. The Global Meetings & Corporate Events department is responsible for all significant special events, ceremonies, and business sessions. It has the goal of contributing to the growth of the business.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required; preferred fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Management or Hospitality.

Minimum two years related experience with at least one year in event management.

Highly organized with the ability to manage ongoing conflicting workload demands of both planned and short lead time requests in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and relationship building skills with a focus on client satisfaction and ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.

Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts.
