Job Summary
Position Overview:
IPTV Technician will have a technical background focused on, but not limited to, the operation, installation, and troubleshooting of IPTV equipment and technology and will assist stadium operations with technical duties for high-volume and large scale events.

Commitment:
This role is considered a part time position, with no benefits. Maximum of 32 hours of work per week excluding large scale events (NFL Games). All home NFL games are mandatory for this position. Additional events may be required for attendance subject to change.
Job Duties (Including but not limited to):

- Troubleshooting and correcting any issues involving Displays, HDMI equipment, and Digital Media Players.
- Installing, replacing TV’s and configuring TV settings.
- Compile all work into a cohesive google document that can be shared with technical operations team.
- Will work with and report to IPTV Manager and Technical operations staff to resolve any issues.
- Complete task as outlined
Job Requirements:
- TCP/IP Networking Skills
- Basic audio/video troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to stand for full shift
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to bend over
- Ability to climb ladders
- Ability to drive lift
- Ability to be on scaffolding
