Flight Crew (Fun team)

As a member of The IronBirds’ Flight Crew, you will be responsible for helping organize and operate all aspects of game day entertainment presentations including pre-game, in-game, and post-game elements if needed.  This position will provide a positive fan experience while ensuring all elements of entertainment are fulfilled and are meeting community and partner requirements.  May be asked to perform as mascot when needed.  

 

Responsibilities:

As a successful Flight Crew Associate, you will:  

·         Interact, entertain, and communicate with fans

·         Assist in management of game entertainment props and mascot components

·         Help develop new and interesting skits and features for game day entertainment

·         Participate during each game as an enthusiastic member of the Flight Crew

 

We require:

·         Current college student or college graduate

·         Previous entertainment experience a plus

·         Excellent communication and presentation skills

·         High-energy personality

·         Ability and willingness to entertain IronBirds fans during various parts of each IronBirds’ game

·         Knowledge of baseball  

·         Performance skills (dancing, singing, comedy)

·         Ability to work long hours and weekends

·         Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions
