Job Summary:The Foundation Interns assists with the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation and Community Outreach Departments.

• Assist with all Texas Ranger Baseball Foundation fundraising and program events leading up to and throughout the 2020 season
• Assist with daily in-game activities including managing Foundation Kiosk at all Rangers home games
• Assist with clerical duties like data entry, answering phone calls, mailing and any other miscellaneous projects if needed

Qualifications:

• Some administrative experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Comfortable working with fans and clients
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Successful applicants should have a strong interest in gaining experience in the sports industry, be highly motivated and hardworking, willingness to learn, willingness to work outdoors, long hours, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work all Rangers home games
• Must be organized and able to work in a high-pace environment
• Minimum physical requirements are able to lift, carry and transport up to 30 pounds
• Must have a valid drivers’ license
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
