Account Executive

Requirements: 

·         This position requires an organized, detail-oriented and personable applicant who wants to work with a first class Minor League baseball organization in hosting 38 home games and a variety of special events.

·          The candidate should be a hardworking, team-player who is seeking an opportunity for growth within the baseball industry. 

·         The Account Executive will be tasked with developing both existing and new clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, renewals and social media campaigns. 

·         The applicant will be responsible for achieving an annual sales goal, designing and executing group themes & sponsorships while also ensuring a high level customer satisfaction at the ballpark.

 

·         Sell new full or partial season ticket plans, group tickets, picnics and luxury suite rentals. This includes a secondary focus on corporate partnerships and sponsorship sales.

·         Major-daily focus on driving ticket sales through 50 to 80 outbound phone calls, face-to-face appointments, and networking with local businesses and community organizations.

·         Work games and special events as scheduled

·         Represent the organization at in-house ballpark events and off-site community events promoting group ticketing and other sales opportunities as scheduled.

·         Generate qualified sales leads & maximize ticket sales opportunities from existing leads.

·         Provide excellent customer service to prospects, current clients, and general fans over the phone and at games. Assist customer service efforts (mailing invoices, tickets, etc) as needed.

·         Maintain customer record database with updated information on all ticket customers & prospects.

·         Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and seasonal sales goals.

·         Additional tasks pertaining to these or other organizational goals as assigned by management.
