JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for general accounting clerical duties to include; file maintenance, accounting data entry and account support processes.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maintain files for journal entries, accounts payable and accounts receivable

2.Copy and distribution of invoices.

3.Assist in scanning and data entry for paperless documents

4.Assist in the reconciliation of accounts.

5.File contracts and other documents.



COMPETENCIES:

1. Analytical Skills-Use analytical skills to ensure account integrity.

2. Problem Solving-Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

3. Technical Skills-Work with account reconciliation software.

4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Light office duties and activities.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED (EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.

2. One (1) to two (2) years of accounting experience.

3. Good organizational and analytical skills as well as an ability to motivate and communicate effectively with staff.

4. Ability to process data quickly and accurately.

5. Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely.

6. Must possess the ability to coordinate multiple projects.

7. Must be able to work 10-20 hours a week.
