Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to build, develop, and coach a team of strategic Account Executives. This sales leader will oversee a team of inside sales executives and motivate them to proactively seek out new opportunities in key accounts across the private camping marketplace.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop sales people;
- Hold all team members accountable;
- Ability to create and implement business plans;
- Understanding of Inside Sales Metrics and Pipeline Management;
- Create and execute goals for your team based on business needs;
- Guide sales team through contract negotiation and closing new business;
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage sales pipeline, monitor activity, and analyze reports;
- Define and prioritize addressable market of key target groups;
- Develop individualized action plans based on accounts and territory;
- Remain up-to-date on current activities while driving new business;
- Act as a liaison between Account Management Team and Project Management Team;
- Create and deliver presentations to Senior Management;
