Manager, Partner Services

Job Summary

Description: The Manager of Partners Services is responsible for managing the planning, execution and fulfillment of Auburn Athletics Corporate Partnerships, providing daily support to revenue generation, creating comprehensive high-profile decks, communication across various units within the Athletics Department, tracking inventory assets throughout the property, consistent management of a CRM system and other duties as assigned.
 

Responsibilities

 * Creating Decks, planning, fulfilling, and executing corporate partnerships.
 * Revenue generation support.
 * Maintaining strong communication across all major key stakeholders and vendors.

 * Strong communication, time-management and organization skills; driven, adaptable, flexible and team oriented.

 * Must be able to anticipate potential opportunities and challenges and adjust plans as necessary.

 * Must possess excellent proficiency in Powerpoint, Excel and Word as well as Photoshop (creative graphics).

 * Strong understanding of CRM system.

 * Ability and knowledge with digital apps and social media communication.

 * College Degree required.

 * Minimum of 4 years experience in College Athletics and or Pro Sports or Agency (direct contact within Sports).
