Position Description:

The Commerce division of ACTIVE Network is currently seeking an Operations Specialist for our suite of global e-commerce offerings, including our premium membership program, insurance, gear sales, and other consumer-focused initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Commerce Product Marketing and other Commerce team members to support a variety of key program functions. He/she will ultimately be responsible for executing key e-commerce strategies geared towards improving B2C customer acquisition, retention, and communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, design, and coordinate optimization plans for existing consumer e-commerce offers
  • Set, track and report on meaningful metrics to stakeholders, including ownership of detailed monthly reporting tasks
  • Process revenue share agreements for key B2B partners
  • Project manage the creation of marketing assets for print, web, tradeshows other ACTIVE teams
  • Develop and improve consumer personas and perform competitive research on an ongoing basis
  • Assist in new partner/vendor research, evaluation and recommendation
  • Design engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders
  • Additional operational tasks as required

Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with web analytics, tracking methodologies, and a passion for data-driven reporting
  • Appreciation for maximizing process efficiencies
  • Strong analytics/data analysis skills, very familiar with Microsoft Excel
  • Good project management skills
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop; Illustrator and Dreamweaver preferred
  • Creative copywriting skills with demonstrated ability to write successfully for the web
  • HTML skills a plus
  • Independent and quick learner with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to be flexible and successful within a fast-paced and goal-driven environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing/Business degree preferred)
  • Background in B2C marketing, product and/or SaaS preferred
