The Engineer - FSD will:

• Operate and maintain all refrigeration, air conditioning, and ventilating equipment, and all boilers and heatingsystems.
• Including all controls associated therewith, all pumps (including ejector pumps, sump pumps and fire pumps), fans, compressors.
• Fire prevention equipment including hand operated portable fire extinguishers, and related equipment.
• Including the taking and recording of water, steam, or gas meter readings, the taking of temperatures, the repairing of equipment, referred to above, the standing of watch, and such other associated activities as may be required, for the proper servicing of such equipment.

The Engineer-FSD requires:

• Previous Engineering experience.
• Experience with operating and maintaining HVAC systems.
