Job Summary
CASHIERS
Who you are: You’re an enthusiastic and hard-working employee who is quick on your feet and handle high pressure situations with little to no room for error. You’re good with money and able to multi-task for long periods of time. You preferably have experience working in the food & beverage industry and behind a cash register. You’re patient and experienced with customer service. You work well with others and have good communication skills.
What you’ll be doing: Concessions cashiers will be responsible for operating a register, handling cash and credit card transactions, taking customer orders for food and beverages, counting and maintaining their drawer, stocking and cleaning their register station, and assisting in both concessions set-up and clean-up. Additional responsibilities may be added.
COOKS
Who you are: You’re an enthusiastic and hard-working employee who is quick on your feet and can handle high pressure situations with little to no room for error. You’re able to multi-task for long periods of time under the extreme conditions of being around a fully functioning outdoor grill. You have experience in the food & beverage industry, specifically behind a grill and in a kitchen. You work well with others and have good communication skills.
What you’ll be doing: The Cook is responsible for preparing all grilled items and deep fried items. The cook will also wrap grilled food and directing expo/runners in getting food to customers. The cook will also help in grill area set-up and clean-up
CONCESSION RUNNERS
Who you are: You’re an enthusiastic and hard-working employee who is quick on your feet and handle high pressure situations with little to no room for error. You have good listening abilities and are able to multi-task for long periods of time. You preferably have experience working in the food & beverage industry and behind a cash register. You’re patient and experienced with customer service. You work well with others and have good communication skills.
What you’ll be doing: Concessions expo workers are responsible for assisting cashiers in orders and getting food items to them. Expo workers also track food usage and stock as needed, work with cooks to deliver food from grill to concessions, and assist in concessions set-up and clean-up
SERVERS
Who you are: You’re an enthusiastic and hard-working employee who is quick on your feet and can handle high pressure situations with little to no room for error. You’re able to focus and provide quality customer service as well as be good with money and be able to remember large orders. You have experience in the food & beverage industry, serving in a fast-paced environment. You work well with others and have good communication skills.
What you’ll be doing: Servers are responsible for taking and delivering customer food and drink orders (including alcohol) in designated service areas, handling of both cash and credit card methods of payment, establish and maintain superior customer service standards with customers, and assist in service areas set-up and clean-up.
HAWKERS
Who you are: You’re an enthusiastic and hard-working employee who is quick on your feet and can handle high pressure situations with little to no room for error. You can adjust to working in a fast paced environment for long periods of time. You’re physically strong and able to move around the stadium quickly, carrying light loads with regularity. You work well with others and have good communication skills.
What you’ll be doing: Hawkers are responsible for hawking/selling food and beverage items in the stands, and walking around the stadium. You need to have the ability to keep track of sales, inventory, and cash.
BARTENDERS
Who you are: You’re an enthusiastic and hard-working employee who is quick on your feet and can handle high pressure situations with little to no room for error. You’re able to focus and provide quality customer service as well as be good with money and be able to remember large orders. You have bartending experience and can adjust to serving in a fast-paced environment. You work well with others and have good communication skills.
What you’ll be doing: Bartenders are responsible for taking drink orders and pouring drinks for customers as well as for server staff, ensure legal and proper consumption of alcohol is maintained at stadium, count drawers, perform cashier duties when ringing in drink orders. Bartenders are responsible for party deck set-up and clean-up including stocking, inventory management, equipment cleaning, etc.
