GM / Sales Assistant

Job Summary

Administrative assistant with excellent computer skills is needed to support the General Manager and the Traffic department.  This position involves interaction with the Sales AE’s and coordination with Brand Managers, as necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Document and report sales performance to Director of Sales and General Manager.
• Coordinates with the General Manager on National Sales Orders and traffic, inputting them into the Marketron traffic system and V-Creative.
• Works with GM to manage inventory and maximize revenue on all stations.
• Administers the “HUB” and CRM database systems.
• Develops Sales and Promotional material for sales presentations and promotions, and other sales needs as required.
• Keep current account and claim lists.
• Keep appropriate logs for special sales efforts including NTR events, streaming and web ads, as well as sales contest activity.
• Fully trained on the traffic system and be able to assist traffic in order input and log production.  Fill in for traffic as necessary to cover vacations, etc.
• Back up receptionist as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Graphic Design proficiency is a must.
• Ability to learn new computer systems (Marketron, V-Creative, CRM, HUB).
• Knowledge of the internet.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
