About the Team
A sales team designed to produce top performing sales professionals through NCSA's Career Development Program. At NCSA, the first layer of our sales team are referred to as Recruitment Coordinators. Our team is filled with self-motivated and driven team members that are looking to develop their experience in sales while working in an environment designed to help student-athletes and families along the way.
Responsibilities
A sales based role you can grow and develop in
A better understanding of how buyers make decisions
To learn consultative selling methodologies
To interact and compete in a highly competitive sales environment
A job that allows you to talk about sports with student-athletes and families each day
To meet and exceed sales goals and metrics
The ability to provide world class customer service
To work in a casual, fun, energetic, fast paced work environment
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
1+ years of professional experience, preferred in sales
Experience with football in high school or college preferred (coach or player)
Highly self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding goals
Desire to be on the phone for the majority of the day
Flexibility to work some nights/weekends
Former college student-athletes or coaches preferred, not required
