Producer

Spurs Sports & Entertainment is seeking a talented, creative, and experienced visual storyteller to produce entertaining video for the Spurs, Stars, Rampage, SAFC and AT&T Center.  The eligible candidate will manage all aspects of production including writing, shooting, editing and graphic animation. In addition, the candidate must be able to work with a diverse group of important internal and external contacts, team sponsors, clients and visitors at all levels; independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize diversified workload. Candidate must able to work efficiency to meet strict deadlines.

This position will manage video productions which involves interacting with teams, players and staff, and operating all HD video and audio equipment.  The eligible candidate will need to be able to perform video post-production tasks which includes reviewing footage, making editorial decisions, rough cuts, audio adjustments, color correction, and making final edits using Adobe Premiere software. The best candidate will be need to be able to create motion graphics and special effects in accordance with the overall production concepts.  The candidate must carry a multitude of qualifications, including but not limited to: ability to handle multiple tasks, maintain a professional demeanor, carry a positive attitude, have strong organizational skills, and be very detail-oriented.

1. Manage all aspects of production including writing, shooting, and editing.
2. Operate HD video equipment, professional audio equipment, production lighting.
3. Coordinate studio-based and field-based productions.
4. Organize and log footage, edit using Adobe Creative software, and compress for various sources.
5. Create motion graphics and special effects in accordance with the overall production concepts.

• Minimum 4 years undergraduate/internship experience in the field of video production.
• Knowledge of video production tools including the use of HD video cameras, lights, and microphones.
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe Premiere as well as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Must be able to work with multiple projects and quick deadlines. 
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and proven attention to detail

• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
