The opportunity: Regional Marketing Manager EMEA

Location: Madrid

What will you do?

  • Define Strategy for the Region

  • Ensure Strategy execution

  • Control Performance, KPIs

  • Lead and Inspire a team 5+ experienced Country Marketing Leads

  • Create innovative marketing 360 campaigns including both online & offline channels to reach ambitious Performance and Brand Awareness/Positioning goals.

  • Ensure Regional Strategy & Positioning is aligned with Company Global Goal & Positioning.

  • Plan strategic campaigns and coordinate efforts with market stakeholders.

  • Outcome of initiatives for major key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize investment and performance based on the insights.

  • Foreseeing marketing budgets and evaluating marketing performance.

  • Monitoring competitors’ activity.

  • Monitor and optimize our brand reputation

  • Working within the Marketing team to provide accurate data and analysis that supports the overall promotional strategy for the company.

  • Work with International CMO, Regional Manager, and Marketing channels leads to create and drive a localized marketing strategy.

  • Identify key opportunities and prioritize actions

You

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in related fields: Marketing, Business etc. MBA is a plus

  • Minimum 10-year experience in online business, e-commerce, brand building with a demonstrable success track.

  • Team leader who make people get together, give the best of themselves and create culture

  • Team player than easily collaborate with fellow marketing leaders and other departments leaders

  • You have a deep understanding of EMEA digital ecosystem.

  • Results & data oriented

  • Business-minded approach, able to move from the big picture/ strategic perspective to quick turnaround tactical execution – not afraid to roll up sleeves and get hands on.

  • Outstanding skills at initiating, negotiating, managing and growing strategic partnerships and/or creative co-marketing arrangements with partners.

  • Creative in approach and able to work with a blank sheet of paper as well as able to make skillful use of data and analytics

  • Experience with e-commerce, technology companies, start-ups.

  • Passion and conviction for ideas and proposals – collaborator with first-rate communication and influencing skills

  • English is required. Any other language is a plus.
