Job Summary
Position Summary
This role will be specifically used for the immediate needs of the Marketing department as it pertains to project management of partnership deals, ticket distribution, and the development and execution of activations on the ground that are being lead by the Content Marketing and Partnerships team. Will also furnish relief for managing content approvals of external partner IP and internal usage of logos and talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage partner approvals across all the verticals, creating a solution for tracking and centralizing requests and approved assets and imagery
- Work closely with Talk, Music, and Sports Marketing to assist in securing and managing a large volume of requests for talent and partner asset usage internally and externally.
- Research and develop pitches with external partners to discuss new ways to partner that maximize brand awareness, monetize content opportunities, and increase distribution capabilities.
- Create pitch decks and manage outreach and follow-ups.
- Project manager of the direct team deals with the NFL (Green Bay Packers, Miami Dolphins, and Chicago Bears)
- Managing sponsored content tracking and usage. Packaging the elements for executive review.
- Understand tickets and hospitality aspects of each contract, utilizing and leveraging them across the company.
- Serve as a key liaison with the teams, connecting them with appropriate internal partners.
- Serve as the key manager of Super Bowl hotel and ticket requests and distribution. Understand internal partnerships and external client needs.
- Interface with both the NFL and internal departments for Super Bowl needs
- Assist in the project management of Super Bowl planning, managing all needs across Talk and Sports programming, external partners, and Ad Sales.
- Manage spreadsheets, confirmations, and budget tracking
- Understand and be able to successfully create solutions for needs that arise across departments.
- Research and pitch potential partnerships for the Super Bowl that will offset costs.

Qualifications
- At least 2-5 years experience in media and/or entertainment partnerships and/or strategic content roles
- Proven success in managing multiple projects at once and working closely with executive management
- The ability to break down large amounts of information and communicate it out in a more digestible format
- Strong skills in team leadership, collaborative problem solving, and time management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- Skilled in Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel
- The ability to visualize possible synergies and partnerships and take action to make them come to fruition
- Ability to travel on a frequent basis to various events
- Extensive knowledge of the entertainment industry, sports a plus
- Proven track record with accomplishing tasks on time and following up on outstanding items
- Undergraduate degree from a 4 year University
