Assistant Director of U.S. Western Region

Job Summary

This full time position is responsible for assisting the Director of the Western Region in the operation of the Regional Center while administering the Little League Program in the Western Region of the U.S. This includes providing service and support for league and district operations, in addition to coordinating tournament operations and schedules.

Potential candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field and a background in baseball/softball and a love of the game! A minimum of two years’ relevant verifiable experience in an educational field, event management, working for a non-profit, and/or management of staff/volunteers. Knowledge of Little League rules and regulations preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license, pass an extensive background check, have superior communications skills, be articulate and diplomatic, proficient computer skills with experience in MS Office, problem-solving skills, proven leadership skills, and experience in public speaking.

Must live within commuting distance of San Bernardino, California or be willing to relocate. This position is not eligible for telecommuting.
