Description

The Content Producer has 3 to 5 years of experience in multichannel tactics for PR and Marketing Communications. They are problem solvers equally comfortable with clients, vendors, creative teams and can manage the entire life cycle of a project with ease across various media. Production expertise allows them to guide development efforts for digital, and print, and broadcast tactics. They can oversee the project team’s activities, as they are accountable for the overall quality of work in conjunction with other practice leads, ensuring goals are met and client projects delivered on time and on budget. They juggle multiple projects and personalities with ease and build strong relationships in the process. They possess great written and spoken communication skills and can motivate others to stay on task, ensuring that the vision of the client and creative department are brought to life thoughtfully and brilliantly, while meeting budgets and timelines.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·         Develop workable budgets, work plans and realistic timetables

·         Collaborate with the Senior Account Supervisor and Account Team members on preparation of marketing recommendations, strategies and actions for the client

·         Review, analyze and evaluate the following, relative to the client’s needs and objectives

·         Provide client platform / business updates on a regular basis to demonstrate upcoming opportunities and threats to their business

·         Define project scope, estimate and write scope of works and technical specifications, working with account team in the creation of project specifications and time plans

·         Work with agency partners and vendors in video content creation, shoot management, and all phases of the delivery process

·         Liaise between juniors, peers, and senior members of creative, account and client teams

·         Educate account team and clients and manage their needs and expectations

·         Monitor and advise production resources, including studio, art buying, retouching, and external partners on impending resource needs and project requirements as they shift day to day

·         Provide strategic input on leveraging studio assets for best engagement results

·         Determine project risks on an ongoing basis, escalate issues as needed

·         Assist in evaluating best team makeup for assigned projects

·         Monitor out of scope requests, initiate additional estimates and approvals

·         Support client relationships, delivering strategic solutions and troubleshooting client and internal issues

·         Deliver on brief, on target, and on time

Qualifications:

·         4 or more years of experience as a Traffic Manager, Producer, Associate Producer, or Project Manager in an agency or marketing communications environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital or Broadcast production or certificate program equivalent in related program

·         The ability to multi-task, work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

·         Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.

·         Experience providing day-to-day management and organization of multiple sizeable accounts

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Project (or other similar

·         project management tool) is required

 

Preferred Qualifications

·         Superb teamwork and interpersonal skills

·         Superior written and verbal communications skills

·         Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and manage teams, assignments and accurately manage client expectations and feedback accordingly

·         Ability to develop and build presentations (ideation, strategic program decisions/ recommendations) as

·         needed to support account team

·         Possess superior time management skills and knowledge of familiarity with project management tools as needed

·         Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of project management skills

·         Experience with primarily broadcast and social production, from concept to storyboarding to editing and final cut, and experience with all the players associated with that - directors, SAG, location selection, vendor management

·         Comfortable contributing ideas, while working under the Senior Account Supervisor day to day
