Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for oversight of stadium ticket office, including supervision and management of all day-to-day activities of the LECOM Park Ticket Office for Spring Training and Florida State League (FSL), as well as any other events that require ticket sales.This position also assists with sales and stadium operationsAdditionally, this position will support and coordinate all corporate partnership sales and service activities fo. r the Pittsburgh Pirates and Bradenton Marauders in Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stadium ticket office; direct, manage and schedule Ticket Office Assistants and oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate monetary deposits and cash operations for stadium ticket office.
  • Interview, hire and train Ticket Office Assistants.
  • Handle customer issues and concerns and provide superior customer service.
  • Support ticketing components of all Marauders clubs, special programs, and other sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate renewal process for season ticket members for Spring Training and FSL, including mailings, order processing, seat relocations, ticket distribution, and retention initiatives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of ticket system maintenance including building events and packages.
  • Provide support in a variety of corporate partnership functions including, contract preparations; inventory management; signage and promotions; photo archive maintenance.
  • Monitor the corporate partnerships accounts receivable process including invoicing and deposits, working with Accountant, Florida Operations.
  • Coordinate production of Spring Training and Marauders souvenir programs with Publications Designer in Pittsburgh and ensure all corporate partner advertisements are included.
  • Work with Pittsburgh creative services department and printer on the design and production of corporate partnership and ticket sales brochures.
  • Assist with client services during Spring Training and FSL games, as well as the execution of promotional nights.
  • Coordinate special events for corporate partners and season ticket members, including the Spring Training corporate partners party, monthly Marauders season ticket member events, Gold Glove Sponsors trip to Pittsburgh, Spring Training season ticket member VIP Party, and Marauders End of Season Bash.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contacts and communications in CRM

 

 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business related field, Sports Management or Sports Administration.
  • Minimum 6 months experience in the front office of a professional sports team or similar athletic organization.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired

  • Experience in Minor League Sports, preferably baseball
  • Experience with Ticket.com system
  • Fluency in Spanish
