Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the operation of the Colorado Rockies Authentics Kiosk at Coors Field during the 2018 baseball season
• Work schedule will vary from 15-40 hours per week with weekend and evening hours required
• Work schedule driven by but not limited to Colorado Rockies home schedule - full March through October availability strongly preferred
• Typical shift for this position is approximately 5 to 6 hours
• Commitment to work 75+ home games
• Additional work duties:   
  • Opening and closing the location 
  • Retail sales transactions
  • Credit Card reconciliation
  • Inventory Maintenance

Customer service is paramount as Associate is responsible for representing the organization and department at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous retail experience necessary
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic iPad computer system knowledge
• Ability to multi-task
• Professional manner to handle demands of store location
