We’re looking for a Talent & Culture Assistant who can support every level of the organization with programs and process to take our business to the next level.
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING
Compensation & Benefits:
- Help build our wellness initiatives through partnerships with local gyms, parks, and food programs.
- You help keep our office best-in-class with ownership of our unlimited snack, coffee, and drinks program.
Recruiting & Onboarding:
- You’re the face of our candidate experience, from initial phone and in-person scheduling to greeting them on-site as primary point of contact through the entire interview day.
Playbook:
- Research and propose best practices to be implemented through programs or policies.
- Support our executive team in scheduling, ordering, expense reports, or other various admin tasks.
Tix Training Camp:
- Maintain records for all employee training programs, and follow-up with employees as needed.
- Help build best-in-class training programs for soft-skill development.
- Track budget for external training programs.
Culture & Engagement:
- Partner with the Director of Talent & Culture and Manager of Communications & Events to build the best tech culture in Atlanta!
- You’ll get experience putting on awesome events, providing unbelievable perks (like in-office massages), and being the go-to for all things culture & office-related.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, & time management skills
- Strong verbal/written communication skills and attention to detail
- You’re a natural problem solver – you can look at a situation and can easily propose ways of resolving for the best win-win situation
- Scrappy – you go out of your way to make sure everything is taken care of, no matter how mundane the task is!
