Job Summary

League Outfitters has an immediate full time position available for sports minded individuals looking to join a dynamic, growing team.   We are seeking highly motivated, intelligent, people oriented individuals looking to join a rapidly growing company.   We are only looking for individuals that can work out of our Maryland headquarters.  The ideal candidate for this position is passionate, positive, hard working, self-starting, success-seeking individual who demands greatness in their work.

 We are currently strengthening our roster of elite Team Account Sales Executives who bring their best and want to join our rapidly growing team.  Responsible for working with Account Executives who are representing League Outfitters and our vendor partners to athletic directors, coaches, league representatives, and players within assigned sales territory. 

 The goal of this position is train as a Sales Assistant so they can grow into a Team Account Executive in the next 4 – 8 months.

Primary Responsibilities: 

·         Working with our Team Sales Professionals who work directly with Colleges, High Schools, Youth Leagues, and Club Team Sports representing a variety of brands and an extensive in-stock inventory.  League Outfitters offers a very broad assortment of the top brands in the business including Nike, adidas, Oakley, Wilson, Rawlings, Schutt, Russell, Easton, Louisville Slugger, DeMarini, Alleson Athletic, Cutters, Shock Doctor, and many more.

·         Coordinates and helps execute sales responsibilities (planning, prospecting, sales presentations, product demonstrations, closing, service, and follow-up) as needed.

·         Duties consist of outbound phone calling and emailing in designated market areas.

·         Answering of inbound calls, answering customer questions and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.

·         Entering orders into our software system.

·         Assisting walk-in customers.

·         Following up with customer questions and inquires.

·         Responsible for building team stores and working with customers as need to make sure the team stores meet their requirements.

·         Calling customers back for sales reps. as needed.

·         Pick-ups and deliveries if needed.

Qualifications:

·         Excellent organizational skills, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.

·         Strong communications skills: verbal and written.

·         Ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

·         Ability to work effectively and efficiently with little supervision.

·         Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

·         Positive energetic attitude.

·         Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

·         Flexibility and adaptability; able to shift attention and focus to different priorities.
