Senior Coordinator, Marketing Activations

Job Summary

Major Responsibilities/Activities:
 

• Manage and execute all on and off-site promotions and event coordination initiatives for the team including, but not limited to: Plaza Parties, Food drives,  5K, and viewing parties.
• Work with Sponsorship to build best-in-class activations that highlight key partners and provide perks for our fan base. Also, challenge previous activations and provide feedback on how to provide a better ROI for our client and our organization
• Coordinate and oversee all game-day activations and in-arena promotions from pricing and purchasing props, detailing promotional layout and plan and rehearsing to ensure proper execution during all home games.
• Coordinate the development of arena promotions and marketing activity designed to increase game/event attendance and awareness, working closely with existing partners while cultivating new strategic opportunities.
• Design and execute social media campaigns that help build awareness for upcoming games and events.
