The Marketing Coordinator position will be responsible for developing and implementing sales support for all sales efforts.
This individual will be responsible for developing digital marketing campaigns focused on increasing online ticket sales and donations, improving lead generation efforts, and spreading the message and vision of Athletics for our University Partner. This position offers significant career growth for successful members of our team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all stages of the marketing automation process, including conception, content creation, segmentation, execution, and tracking Maintain an up-to-date status report of all proposals, from receipt to execution, and provides timeline of all tasks for home property Pull, distribute and analyze weekly reports including but not limited to email open rates, online sales reports, margins, and overall database growth for home property Manage and develop lead generation initiatives Create and distribute post-game and post-season surveys and analyze, report, and present survey findings for home property Oversee flow of data from collection to data warehouse to outputs Work with Pitt Athletics marketing, creative services, and ticket operations to organize flash sales and ticket promotions Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in applicable field Minimum 1 year of relevant sales or marketing experience in the sports/sponsorship landscape Experience with marketing automation, including but not limited to: shopping cart abandonment, A/B testing, list segmentation and tracking, and email marketing database management is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills Team player; ability to work with numerous people Able to handle multiple projects with varying deadlines Ability to think strategically, creatively and proactively Strong analytical skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Excel, HTML, Dreamweaver, and Google Analytics Experience with Paciolan and Marketing Automation software preferred
