Job Summary

Job Duties

• Facilitates flow of communication between the Premium Sales Account Executives and clients
• Assists the Account Executives to troubleshoot and solve customer service issues
• Responsible to input/revise all contract terms
• Acts as the secondary contact, responds to, and services requests made by the client(s)
• Maintain accurate records of all related tasks concerning a client(s) contract. All terms must be accounted for via written agreements
• Assists, maintains, and manages department database records in Salesforce
• Creates reports for Sales Management from current data
