Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish revenue goals and objectives in alignment with the department's business plan
- Recommend and implement operating tactics, goals, and strategies to maximize revenue and achieve organizational objectives while controlling expenses
- Collect and analyze current market and economic indicators that may impact organizational goals
- Interpret and translate data into actionable information and deliver in report or presentation formats
- Develop and maintain dashboards showing detailed results and trends
- Collaborate with IT and business units to advance the company's reporting capabilities and improve data accuracy
- Create pricing models for season ticket, group, and individual sales
- Analyze primary and secondary market sales trends and recommend price changes accordingly
- Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Design and deliver clear and concise presentations involving complex and thorough information, data, and analysis for senior leadership
- Collaborate effectively with all departments to establish reliable and meaningful reporting standards
- Provide analysis and benchmarking against league performance thresholds
- Identify ways to improve email performance through cadence and A/B testing
