Job Summary
Essential Functions:
- Mine CRM data for trends and insights that address major business issues
- Deliver timely reports, dashboards, and responses to ad hoc queries will make presentations to internal teams and clients
- Load sales campaigns and assessing campaign effectiveness
- Maintain a clean and updated database
- Assist in MLB reporting
- Assist in generating sales leads
- Other responsibilities as assigned by the Ticket Sales Analyst
