Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day-to-day activities of the Office of the President, to include scheduling and prioritizing time commitments, project management, research, and communications.
- Serve as administrative assistant to the President & Chief of Staff.
- Curate calendar of President and schedule meeting/calls based on priority.
- Manage external correspondence on behalf of the President in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities and facilitating cooperation of others
