Job Summary
In need of a Ticket Resolution for event day who will directly work with the Ticket Office Supervisors, proactively facilitate gate entry of in person customer/client services, be the main point of contact for in person customer service authentication of ticket, assist in troubleshooting, complete required authentication of ticket, ensure that escalated issues of customer service are resolved, demonstrate ticket entry proactive awareness and help with distribution of hand-held scanner, hardware editing and collection.
Interested applicants need to have GED/high school level but college degree or equivalent professional experience is required. He or she must have excellent customer service skills, retail experience, proficient in MS Office, outgoing/friendly personality, excellent skills in communications and available to work on flexible days and hours.
