Ticket Operations Clerical Assistant

Job Summary

In need of a Ticket Operations Clerical Assistant who can provide administrative support for Ticket Operations department by helping the various departments on all administrative and non-ticket order processing.

Other tasks may include aid in box office preparation, completion of business practice research, maintenance of task organization and event documents, able to work with people, able to work on shifting schedules and always punctual at work.

Interested parties need to have GED or high school diploma, fan friendly, can solve basic math problems, able to respond effectively on sensitive complaints, customer service experience, proficient in MS Office, good oral/written skills and can work at least 16 hours per week.
