Job Summary
NBA Franchise jobs is looking to hire a Communications Manager who can act as the ambassador of the brand for off-court business public relations efforts, support and promote every Mavericks department while taking initiatives to succeed when allocated with individual work.
Some of the duties may include prepare and execute messaging and press releases, development of all year strategy of positive media coverage, media alerts/news releases writing and disseminating, give public relations assistance, take part in community events, assist digital director for various tasks in social/digital matters, oversee publications quality control and attend to other duties as requested.
Interested applicants need to: have at least 4 years of experience in Public Relations/Journalism/Communications, be bilingual preferred, be MS Office proficient, good editing skills, be able to lead a team in meeting objectives of the department, good communicator, be excellent in planning and organizing, organized and detail oriented and can work in a fast paced environment.
