Sports Marketing: Part-time Event Assistant

Job Summary

We are in need of an Event Marketing Assistant to aid in event preparation, coordination and post-event reporting as well as in creating new ways to improve our school program and communication with students. Other duties may include coordinating sports festivals, away game parties, autograph signings and so on. Physical exertion may be required.

Minimum requisite knowedge, experience and skills:

- At least 2 years of marketing/event management/promotions/advertising/etc. experience.
- Experience in the sports industry is a big plus.
- Knowledge of principles of marketing and advertising.
- Creativity, initiative, accuracy, and outstanding communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work extended/irregular hours.
