Job Summary
Northeast Region College invites applications for Head Men's Swimming and Diving Coach. This position resides in the Athletic Department, within the Division of Student Affairs and reports directly to the Executive Director of Athletics.
The Head Men's Swimming and Diving Coach is responsible for the direction, instruction and supervision of the Men's Swimming and Diving program and the oversight and development of assistant coaches. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operations of the assigned sport, adherence to the standards and values of the college, budget management, academic support and integrity, competition scheduling and the recruitment and development of qualified student-athletes.
