Job Summary

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

• Increase membership within current communities and develop new memberships among individuals and organizations not currently represented.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets while exceeding client expectations in value and customer service
• Grow memberships and donations significantly each week by attracting additional business leads
• Maintain computerized records of all prospects, members, and donors within the applicable database to ensure accurate and up-to-date files at all times
• Ability to work Athletic events including home games and special events in evenings and on weekends
