Job Summary
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests.
- Checks bags and purses at the entry of each gate.
- Operate ticket scanner to ensure tickets are valid for game.
- Secure gates to ensure guests do not enter the ballpark without a ticket.
- Accurately review tickets to provide guests with directions to their seats.
- Distribute in game promotional items during 2nd & 5th inning.
- Safely operate and monitor escalators and elevators to ensure safety of guests.
- Knowledge of upcoming promotions/events at the ballpark.
- Provide general information for guests to improve their game day experience.
- Assist with lost and found items.
- Assist in the resolution of fan needs and complaints.
- Notify supervisor of any accidents or incidents.
- Check seating area for broken seats, trash, spills and lost items.
- Resolve basic seat issues including guest relocations, duplicate tickets and disabled seating.
- Visually monitor guests for prohibited items and respond accordingly.
- Operate radio equipment to communicate with various areas of the ballpark.
- Knowledge of ballpark and seating layouts, restrooms and emergency exits.
- Enforce all ballpark policies.
- Additional duties may be assigned.
