Job Summary

The Fan Relationship Management (FRM) Intern is responsible for supporting the Marketing and FRM division by preparing and executing email campaigns, and omnichannel digital campaigns to engage with new and existing fans. Additionally, the reporting and the archiving of key marketing initiatives.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

- Research and generate fan engagement ideas for new and existing fans

- Create graphics, draft storylines for emails, rewards program

- Assemble and send out email campaigns

- Prepare and launch digital contests

- Support paid media efforts

- Gather campaign performance metrics for presentations

- Send out fan prizes and assist in clerical marketing duties
