Job Summary

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepare news releases and feature articles highlighting intercollegiate athletics
· Distribute sports information to local, state and national media
· Develop and coordinate media coverage for all home intercollegiate athletic events
· Serve as game operations specialist, overseeing scorer's tables at home contests
· Design, create and edit game programs, media guides and other promotional publications for intercollegiate athletics
· Maintain athletics records and statistical files as per college, conference and NCAA requirements
· Maintain and update the athletic website
· Promote individual athletes for post-season honors and serve as the college contact with the conference and NCAA offices for statistics and records
· Create marketing and promotional media for the intercollegiate athletic program within the Regis branding
· Coordinate photography for the Department of Athletics
· Assist in coordinating yearly athletics awards banquet and golf tournament
· Develop and implement athletic promotional special events including the solicitation of sponsorships
· Exhibit knowledge about, and adhere to, the policies, rules and standards established by College, the NCAA (Division III), and the athletic conferences with which the College is affiliated
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics
