Job Summary
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage ticket office operations for Team.
Participate in leading analytics platforms related to ticket sales and service.
Provide detailed reports as they relate to analytics and other assessments to help support and drive sales force.
Provide regular review of industry practices relating to ticket sales and distribute to sales staff for review and implementation where practical.
Manage box office window on game days to resolve ticket issues and provide effective service to Season Ticket Members and other guests.
Manage operation of Team's pricing strategy.
Responsible for all financial reporting relating to ticketing and merchandise.
Assist in annual department budget when necessary.
Establish and review operational policies and procedures for ticket office operations.
Balance, deposit and report all daily box office receipts.
Provide support for member's events and other team functions.
