Job Summary
Seeking an individual to join our team and become a Ticket Sales Manager:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Account Executive Management: Along with the VP of Sales, you will train and manage your department of account executives. This will include daily dial reports, listening to phone conversations and offering advice while maintaining high energy levels through the use of contests and rewards. You are responsible for the cultivation of a team atmosphere within your department.
Season & Group Ticket Sales: Aggressively plan and direct the season ticket / group sales campaigns. Forecast how many seats are sold per week and oversee the department's season goals and the personal goals. Create marketing campaigns for cultivating new season ticket sales while generating new leads. Will implement various lead strategies and vehicles to improve sales outside of the traditional selling season.
Reporting: Will oversee season ticket sales reporting supplied by the ticket operations department including weekly renewal reports and updated seats-by-week reports. Responsible for the upkeep of the cancellation report and no-show data.
Game Night Duties: Manage the data collection and ticket sales tables. Respond to ticket related issues when needed. Assist with any other special in-game promotions as needed.
